Please help! I invested so much money and my videos were removed!

So trolls don't exist? What about the trolls browsing this website? I am not saying you are one.

If I want to get noticed, I would spam my channel everywhere. Clearly there are people out there who are trying to do the right thing. Why would anyone in their right mind spend money on a channel if they are going to violate TOS?
I don't know - that's something you need to figure out. Because this isn't something anyone else has ever reported... and Youtube isn't really in the game of vengeance.[DOUBLEPOST=1431354136,1431354112][/DOUBLEPOST]
Hmm. Something isn't adding up. I don't see why YouTube would flag you for those reasons and remove those videos.
Also, even if someone DOES flag your stuff, it wouldn't be taken down immediately (as far as I know), YouTube evaluates the content first before removing it. And from the small details you've said on your keywords and content, I don't see why they'd remove your videos.
Very odd. Maybe try calling YouTube or getting in contact with support if you really wanna fight it.
Or maybe we're just missing something here.

All of this.

I checked my Youtuber friend's channel and she had similar videos removed as well. She had 400,000 views and joined 6 months ago. All at the same time. I am very confused too. Is there a way to contact them directly and ask what's going on?

From this great guide... here are the three reasons why videos are removed: http://boostlikes.com/blog/2014/02/youtube-removed-video-violating-terms

(Just based on "how much money you spent" - I am going to guess the third one applies. Just a guess, but I'm wagering that I'm right.)

Am I breaking copyright laws? Think about any of the content you have included in your video. Do you own the rights to it? For example, the subtle music you’ve included in the background could be licensed to someone else, and video will remove this type of content without hesitation. Make sure to do a full analysis and audit of your video forcopyright violations before uploading.

Does my video include nudity or excessive violence? YouTube prides itself on offering mild content to a wide range of viewers. Always remember that when your video is public, it can be viewed by anyone, even small children. If your video contains gruesome images or nudity, it’s not likely that it will last long on YouTube’s servers. Be sure to omit any of this before uploading to YouTube. If you’d like, you can create a link video for YouTube that funnels traffic to your real video that you’ve hosted on another website. Many users use this method to scrape by with YouTube’s terms and conditions.

Lastly, am I using illegitimate methods for accruing likes or views? If you plan to use a morally questionable means of increasing exposure for your video, think again. These methods typically cost money, and it’s not long before YouTube catches onto what’s going on and removes the video in question. In some cases, the entire account can be removed/banned altogether. Because of this, it’s best to stick to white hat, legitimate means for promoting content on YouTube. Be sure to use tags, an interesting title, and a great description for attracting users to your video. Never forget; great content is what attracts unique users and keeps existing users coming back for more.

Your replies are getting ridiculous. At least there are some Youtubers here trying to help me out. The sole reason you are angry is because I did not share my channel with you. You are resorting to accusations about someone you have no idea about. Seems like you are trying to stir up an argument. Why are you still here wasting time on me then?

For your information, I spent money on my camera, lighting, buying supplies for my videos etc.

It's not hard to smell when something isn't adding up. And you story isn't adding up.
As that article discusses - Youtube doesn't simply remove content for no reason. They are in the game of adding content, the more that's there, the better they do. So you have to be doing something against TOS for them to be removed. Which means you're doing one of three things - nudity, duplicate content/content that's not yours, or view cheating. You said unboxing, so I doubt that's nudity. Which leaves either duplicated content/copyright or view cheating. If it's truly unboxing videos, then it doesn't sound like it would be duplicated content or content that's copyrighted.

So what am I supposed to assume? Combined with the fact you're incredibly defensive about not sharing what you're posting and being incredibly vague of fears that YTTalk is going to submit false flags against you lead me to believe through deductive reasoning that you're doing something sketchy.

The onus isn't on me to prove that your content is legit - it's on you. And so far Youtube doesn't like you, so that's a major strike against you sir.

I'm not here to start an argument - I'm here to cut through the nonsense and figure out why your content is being removed. But you're far too standoffish to let people help, which is why I'm combative.

Edit: Wrote to, when I meant too.

......I'm sorry, did you even read his post? He sent you a link to an article explaining why videos can be removed, he's not angry about anything. If you'd like to get help here at YTtalk, you need to explain with detail what your video was about. Especially if you will not show the video or channel link etc. Did you film it yourself? Or was it copyrighted material?
Also, his replies are not ridiculous.

We get a lot of members here claiming that they did nothing wrong and got their videos removed, only to find out that they did in fact do something wrong, and that's WHY they got their videos removed, etc.

He's only trying to help you here, as we all are. If in fact your video was false flagged, you may be able to dispute it and Youtube may bring back your video. But we cannot help if don't have all the details.

Guess you didn't read this part of his post?

"(Just based on "how much money you spent" - I am going to guess the third one applies. Just a guess, but I'm wagering that I'm right.)"

He accused me of spending money for views using illegitimate methods. I don't see how that's trying to help anyone especially since I explained in the beginning that I did not use those methods. His sole reason to continue this discussion is to run into a debate/argument. No other benefit to accuse someone of using illegal methods to promote their videos.

It's natural for people to be suspicious when details aren't given.

Also, here is a link from Youtube about Scams and Spam. There isn't a section about Commercially Deceptive.

But in another post I read, people had their videos removed, possibly because of the opinions they gave about the product. (Found that on Reddit)[DOUBLEPOST=1431358409,1431358373][/DOUBLEPOST]
If I resorted to illegal methods, would I be here asking for advice?
I'm not accusing you of doing anything illegal.[DOUBLEPOST=1431358469][/DOUBLEPOST]Here is the reddit link: http://www.reddit.com/r/youtube/comments/20hwm3/this_video_has_been_removed_as_a_violation_of/
