Will definitely sign it! This is a fantastic idea! YouTube mainly promotes creators that are currently bringing them the most Watch Time (because they make more money) but it would be cool if they started promoting the little guys as well!

I won't get my hopes up that this will push through, but I definitely signed. This is no magic pill that'll just make a Small Channel suddenly explode. But if implemented, the best of the Smalls who really do produce good content will accelerate their exposure and growth
