Petition to implement a "Discover Tab" on YouTube

A petition has been set up to try and change youtube, its to try and implement a discover tab so smaller youtubers have a chance to be discovered, as it would only be for us, if you like the sound of this please sign and share

Hey everyone.

So many of you here actually suggested the idea for YouTube implementing a "Discovery Tab". I was just on Reddit and found saw a post on the YouTube subreddit that asks for the feature, with a petition attached to it.

Would you might signing it? I can't post links here, just go on reddit dot com, /r/youtube and you will see the post is trending. Maybe we small guys can push for some change.
