Well games generally look better on high-end PCs but it really doesn't matter, the difference is not deal breaking and Youtube also tends to mangle high detail/bitrate videos such as AAA game captures so a lot of the visual goodness will be lost once you upload.
Bottom line, if you're a real stickler about your videos looking as best as possible, go with the PC. Otherwise, stick with what you're the most comfortable with. Again, the difference won't ruin the experience, and if your videos are entertaining and well put together, the audience won't care about it either.
