"Pauses" in LP's?

Yeah, but it doesn't feel the same haha. I like live better. So I have a true reaction to what's going on.

I think a reason many people don't like post is just it's a bad post commentary and if you'd watcha live com from that perosn you'd see something 5x as boring. I'm not saying i can do it either but after practice a lot of people get good at even having their reactions in post coms too. good place to watch some good ones btw are at soemthingawful or the let's play forums

I generally put a low-level music into my videos so that when I do have moments of silence (usually when I am concentrating), there is something to listen to that they may not have noticed before.

Thus, my silence becomes their surprise find.

Do you guys have awkward pauses in your LP's sometimes? How do you prevent them?
When watching other people commentate, do you like it when they have those blank pauses, or would you prefer them to take a break every now and then. Thanks

I just usually say in the beginning of every recording session that I may not have consistent commentary if it's not necessary.
