Noticing an edit mistake in your uploaded video

Yea i've uploaded a few videos now where I have noticed mistakes, it annoys me so much because im abit of a perfectionist. I just watch my final exported videos now to ensure there are no mistakes :)
 
It happens to be a fair bit. I can tell that some people aren't paying attention that way though, because no 1 bothers to mention it xD
 
Ive had one or two, but after already spending so much time editing the video and redecorating my voiceover for what feels like the hundredth time I couldn't imagine taking my video down and replacing, but thankfully they've been nothing too horrendous so I've just added an annotation to the video advising the correct information. But like others have said if I notice an error in someone else's video I don't mention it as I know they will have worked hard on their video and no matter how you put it they may take the comment negatively. I know i have in the past when someone has given me a "tip" on how I could have done it differently, but hey I can be over sensitive
 
I [think] never found an editing mistake in my videos yet, but today when I uploaded a video I forgot to set the thumbnail, so it came out with an awful one. When I went and changed it, it's still showing the s****y one! I'm p****d off and don't know what to do hahaha
 
Yeah, it's definitely annoying as hell when that happens. But, luckily I've been getting a lot better a thoroughly checking my video before I upload it, so I don't just upload a big pile of regret.

It saves the thumbnail in your cache. If you clear your cache (or check from a different browser) it should show the updated one. If it doesn't, re-upload it and clear your cache again. That should work.

I tried but nothing happened, so I just decided to reupload the video again and delete the first one.
