New Youtube Layout. More views. Less subs

i know! i feel like, how is anyone gonna come across my videos now. it seems like the only ones that get recommended are the already popular channels, or channels youve already viewed videos from. unless theres something that im not aware of yet.
 
Well, we had a good day for views yesterday but havent seen a dramatic increase today. We're on track to say the least. Give it a few days and I think we'll be able to say hows its effected us.

They've moved the sub button to a discreet location that doesn't stand out like it used to...

Since I'm getting more views from the search engine and youtube's suggested videos I'm adding more annotations that link to other videos and making them more attractive looking :)

I noticed this morning that the Sub button below the video screen changed design for a few minutes, it was much more noticeable, then went back to the bland box. SO I guess they are still working on design tweeks. My own subs have dropped 50% since the change, first time I have ever seen such a drop in subs. Views seem to be the same though. I checked the annotations for subs and your right, they do not work. So Im changing them to links to videos for the moment, as those links still work.
