New Youtube Change?

If they have changed it, and it's not just being updated or glitchy, it's probably for a reason, like quicker uploading or processing or something. If not, well, youtube is still a free site, so we aren't being ripped off or anything. It's not that huge.

That said, it's a bit inconvenient.

Yes, it happened to me last night i uploaded a video, and i don't like it. Because sometimes the custom tumbnail will not show up in other forums if i upload it after the video's upload finished..

I had this happen to me as well. I thought it was temporary or something- it sucks that its here to stay :/ No more convenience of uploading video + thumbnail and leaving :(
 
Sorry but im having trouble seeing the big deal about it, so you have to wait a few minutes before you are allowed to put a custom thumbnail on, while you wait try to think of tags and SEO's for your video
 
Ukraine Arsenal: Before you were able to upload everything (video + thumbnail) at once. The convenience was that you could upload and get on with your day w/o having to wait around. Now you have to wait around until the video is done uploading to upload the thumbnail you want.
