Damn, I didn't know. Do people really spend money in the hopes to (virtually) hurt someone? That's really sad.

I remember SuckMyDax finding this in the YT FAQ regarding likes/dislikes: "these factors are too easily gamed so they aren't reliable enough to use in ranking." Then, why this, YouTube, why?!

I think that it is a very good feature.
Videos with many views and predominantly dislikes are usually spam/misleading thumbnails videos.
