New feature on Youtube?

I don't know if its good or not, I think its ok to judge if any video is worth to watch

I still can't see it but looking at the pictures people provide, I'm not sure I like it. Firstly, it looks kind of ugly and distracting (but I guess we'll get used to it). Secondly, I think the red bars are more eye-catching than the green. So people might actually click more on bad/controversial videos. What exactly is YouTube's aim?

Maybe YouTube wants the people to misuse the LIKE/DISLIKE button to show more hatred hahahaha
