Absolutely! Sometimes I'll get blunt and disrespectful comments saying my videos suck and others that are simply constructive criticism. I usually ignore the hate comments while I actually pay attention to the criticism to improve my content. It really helps over time. However, the truth of the matter is that you can't satisfy everyone. If you are doing YouTube for fun and are well aware that your content won't satisfy everyone then you should be fine. People will always have something to complain about and if it wasn't directly your fault, like a child stumbling upon a video that isn't meant for them, then you really shouldn't care. It's not your responsibility. Now if you're click baiting and outright using misleading titles that can attract the attention of a younger audience then that IS your fault. Don't let these sorts of incidents get to you. You'd be surprised how many related/recommended videos show up for me that are completed unrelated to anything I watch. Keep your head high up bro!
