Need some tips before we start uploading again!

Hey guys, we are planning on starting to upload to youtube again, and wanted to get a review/ tips for areas we need to improve on. We are hoping to return with a higher quality of content so we were hoping someone could point out what we could fix and maybe even some good things that we should continue to do. Any feedback is appreciated
Also we know we don't upload consistently (we did at one point but we took a long break) and that is gonna be something we work hard at when we comeback.
