hi I have 5 lucky subscribers and I just want get feedback on my channel and things I can improve on. you can tell me anything and I improve on them quickly and I take the criticism well so just tell me whats good and what trash on my channel lol

Since you are just starting out on youtube just like the rest of us, you sure have a lot of things to improve on. It really just takes time and when you're about a year into it, you're going to be 10 times better as you are now. But a few things I think you should improve on:
1. Branding
Your banner and icon need to be more expressive on what your channel is and who you are as a content creator.
2. Thumbnails
It attracts more views if you have catchier "clickbait-y" thumbnails. And also when I look at your channel, it will look more neat, unified and personalized to your character.
3. Length of your videos
Binge watchers pay more attention to popular youtubers and since you are just starting, having a video short enough to entertain viewers and retain their attention will be a plus since they can only give you so much of their time.
(I think is why your 2 hr video only has 8 views)
4. Better audio quality
A better mic with higher quality and louder volume capacity will make voice overs better.
5. Content
Cut out unnecessary scenes/mumbling/dead air/loading scenes.. etc.
It keeps all the important parts highlighted and helps shortens your video.
