From YouTube's advertiser friendly guidelines page:
Inappropriate language: Video content that contains frequent uses of strong profanity or vulgarity throughout the video may not be eligible for advertising. Occasional use of profanity won’t necessarily result in your video being ineligible for advertising, but context matters.
By and large though, while there are instances where cussing might have some value... parroting movie lines or something... I'm personally not a fan of cussing in YouTube videos. I cuss like a sailor sometimes, but I'm not about to do that here... what value would it have? And If you wouldn't cuss here, why cuss in a YouTube video? Kind of one of those, just because you can, doesn't mean you should, type of things.
But it all depends on the audience @Markiepie is going for.
