Marketing a Daily Vlog

Hey everyone,

So I've been really trying to figure this out, I've been doing a "day in the life" vlogging style videos for awhile.

I enjoy and absolutely love making every single vlog. Subscribers and views have been important, but not a super big priority, and honestly I could care less about monetizing at this point. Most of the videos I make I don't even check the monetization tab and half the ones that do have ads are because of content ids.

Regardless, I would like to try and grow my channel, in terms of daily watchers. (subs and viewers)

How.?

I make videos around what I do in the day, how do you make a video people search for with that as your content?

Is clickbait okay to get views coming in, with a vlog channel?

people say I'm really good, and enjoy the content, but how do I keep past vlogs growing. Most all the vlogs get no views after a week.

Any advice or input would rock, I know this was just a bunch of stuff not in any good order, but I'm trying to get as many opinions as possible right now to decide my direction.
