Lots of gamers in yttalk

I just really want to know why is most of the users who post in YT talk are gaming channels. I know there are other types of channel users, but majority are gamers who are constantly worried about promoting their channel.

Why only majority of gamers worried about promoting their channel. YT has lots of users who need promotion and they dont post here or they are just minority..

is the other type of YT users dont feel they have the need to talk in YTTALK because their channels are doing fine and gamers are just competing and finding places like YTTALK to promote themselves..

That's mostly do to the fact that majority of YouTubers are gamers? Highly over saturated.

Exactly, and then vlogging will become flooded and people will start making something other, or gaming again. Just like the meta in Hearthstone (or basicly any card game) lol.

I feel pretty comfortable that the majority of YTtalk's members are concerned with promoting their channel regardless of the genre.

I'm not worried about promoting my channel! I've rarely spoke about my channel on here, gamers are people too and we have many other interests. We can valuable members of this community also and a lot of the "Gamers" on here are extremely helpful and welcoming! I know there's a lot more gaming channels and the simple explanation is that there's a lot more gaming YouTubers than there is any other type of YouTuber really![DOUBLEPOST=1416604951,1416604838][/DOUBLEPOST]

Gamers are the majority now. This is cool, I do vlog and it's something kinda new in Brazil, hope I can have my space. But I think gamers have more difficult to get bigger because there's so much of them...
