Just checked out your channel and you're really funny! The main reason I headed over there was to see how many videos you put out on a weekly basis, and it looks like it's daily [EDIT: okay, up to two a day four days a week. Still a lot!]. This could be what's behind it? Rather than take a full break you could drop down to two times a week, three times, once - whatever works best for you. You might just need to find a good rhythm - daily videos are really, really hard to keep up with. Personally, I tried it for a couple of weeks over Christmas and it left me feeling exactly as you are now - burnt out, demotivated, fed up, like it was a slog and I was forcing myself through it. Things go wrong with editing, but with daily uploads there's practically no wiggle room for that, so of course you get stressed.
Because of this, I strongly, strongly recommend you maybe drop down to three videos a week at first, maybe more later if you need to, just to try it. Obviously let your subscribers know, same as if you were going on a break, but instead of going on a break and potentially losing some of those subscribers you've worked so hard for, you can be making four videos a week and queuing one for the following week so you have something to fall back on.
At that point, you can take a break for a day or two, or even more, if you're not feeling it, but nobody else will spot it. And if it's all still too much, you can take a proper hiatus then.
Hope it all works out the best for you man!
