However, what I do for preciseness of audio syncing, instead of how Lyfe does it, I start my video recording software (Elgato or Shadowplay) then open a sound recording program, record as simultaneous as possible, then instead of doing one thing like "Go!" on an action of the screen, I say,"Alright, syncing, 1 2 3, 1 2 3" Then repeat "1 2 3, 1 2 3" one more time for safety measure all the while of doing an action at the exact same time as your counting. I say "1 2 3" at normal talking speed and/or reading out loud speed. I even mentally note significance to a portion of the numbers pronunciation. For example, I make sure that the action I am doing is at the same time as the "n" sound of the one, the "t" sound of the two, and "r" sound at three. Then I sync it up as precise as I can in the editing software later.
