List Of YouTube Tag Videos

Can someone please explain tags to me? I want to create a new one but I don't really know how it works...
Do you create a video of what the tag is, do it yourself, then send a message to youtubers about your tag?
How does it really work???
 
The Closet Confidential Tag is quite popular right now, I was tagged by misscheetah094, didn't know about it before. But it is Really fun to watch and to do this tag yourself as well :)

Yeah I've been wondering that myself actually. It seems to be everywhere these days.
 
Hey, so I just created a tag, that I think is PRETTY awesome. Haha, nah, I don't know, but I thought I'd add it into the mix of tags. It's the Celebrity Tag by Me, Just Ace. It's on my channel.

Here's a tag I just made up, not directed at anyone in particular.

Draw a horse in 1 minute, it's not allowed to use an eraser. Show us your great results!
The winner gets free dust. (You have to pay the taxes, of course)
