Let's talk 'Small YouTubers'...

Let's face facts, YouTube has changed dramatically in recent years, giving the little guy, like yourself next to no chance to be found or heard. What's your stance on the way YouTube has changed? Point out some specific things you'd like changed :) Let's start a discussion and help grow this site too to how it once was, because if we can all band together & help one another, who knows...
Hey! Who are you calling LITTLE?! I am a 5'9", 300 pound former heavyweight wrestler, and you're calling me LITTLE?! Lol but in all seriousness, the way I see it is we all have an equal opportunity to get noticed just like before but the reason most of us don't get noticed is lack of confidence, along with some laziness. Most "small" YouTubers don't put in as much effort (if any) to advertise their channels as much as the popular channels do (or did) because they think that it's a waste of time because of lack of confidence.

I like that there are more people. That way I can watch more of a variety of videos and experience the creativity of a wider range of people. I'm not necessarily too concerned with being found and all that, thats a plus but thats not my main goal. I just like to share videos and view other content and now that there are so many people on youtube it's easier to do that!
