Laggy & Jittery video

relax mate. we are here to help thats what yttalk is for
I understand that, but it's hard to be optimistic when I've been after an answer for nearly 2 weeks now, and countless google searches, chats with YouTubers who have +300,000 subs, and over 5 forums including the Google YouTube help forum have resulted in no answers at all.[DOUBLEPOST=1391062585,1391048772][/DOUBLEPOST]I've gone and made the video public, if people care to view it on my channel.[DOUBLEPOST=1391105609][/DOUBLEPOST]Bumping ._.

It shouldn't be happening. I've watched many channels that don't have that stuttering/jittering.[DOUBLEPOST=1391126940,1391113984][/DOUBLEPOST]I guess I'll bump this back up.. >.>[DOUBLEPOST=1391148148][/DOUBLEPOST]Double bump D:
I hate double/triple posting, glad this place merges everything.

Render it at 29.97FPS not 30. 30 seems to cause a lot of problems for some, and 60 is def. no no, YT is at 30FPS anyway so it's a waste.

If that doesn't work try different formats, settings an programs.

I've tried 60 FPS, 30 FPS, 29.97 FPS, and 25 fps. None removes the problem. I'm also rendering with youtube settings (I've tried 1080p and 720p - neither remove the jittering.)

Try different formats like WMV or H.264 AVI. Or even try different prgrams like Sony Vegas or Camtasia.

I have tried different formats, and I've been told that h.264 is the best for what I am doing. I don't think using another program will solve my issue. I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro.[DOUBLEPOST=1391188315,1391152101][/DOUBLEPOST]So, I downloaded Sony Vegas Pro 12, and the video I exported + uploaded to YouTube came out a lot less ... laggy. Does anyone on here use Adobe Premiere Pro? I would rather use Adobe Premiere Pro over Sony Vegas, and I know I can get it to look good on YouTube if I export in the correct settings. Perhaps I was wrong in thinking that my settings were fine.

Does anyone have a good understanding of which settings I should be using when exporting?

You're saying this is happening after you upload it to YouTube?? So your program (Premier) isn't the problem, nor are your settings. Try viewing it from a different PC or Browser.
