I know exactly what you mean. I used to just think all my old videos stopped where they stopped. I was making a point to someone about an old video they were like "My god I LOVED that one" I was like "yeah too bad it only got 50 views, oh well" she was like "Ummm last time I watched it it had 200" I was like "WHAT???" I go and look and sure enough, with more likes and everything. So now let me ask you Frankie, have you ever gotten the warm fuzzy feeling that comes when someone becomes a die hard fan and starts having a marathon of your videos commenting on everyone? omg I LOVE that. You check your inbox and the same person has left like 10 comments on 10 different videos and all of them are like "WHERE HAS YOUR CHANNEL BEEN ALL MY LIFE!!" Makes me giddy like a school girl hahahaha

Be sure to go out of your way to reply to their comments (maybe even feature them in a comments video if you do that sort of thing). That right there is a fan - the ever-elusive 10% of subscribers that watch almost all of your stuff, and talk about you to their friends and share your videos out, and...I could go on and on.

Feature them. Do a collab with them. Marry them! BUY THEM A CONVERTIBLE! They are, by far, the most amazing people in the world.

OMG I KNOW THE FEELING!!!! When someone becomes a true FAN, and they GET you, and they are talking to you as if you're already a celebrity or something, this sense of.... adoration floods you. You're just like "you... amazing... wonderful... perfect human being... you give my life meaning... THANK YOU" hahahaha

I don't think this person was subscribed to me, but I did reply to his comment :) it was pretty awesome that he commented given there were only 2 other comments on the video. It doesn't have that many views either. I'll have to look at my subs list to see if he was!

A quick tip - leave ALL email notifications on, and then just set up a gmail filter to auto-archive them. Then you can just type their name into your email search, and see when they subscribed / all that jazz. It really helps me keep track of who's been a long-term sub / etc.
 
its so nice when ppl take time out of theyr way to leave a nice comment ... just ignote the haters ... well actualy i like them as well bcuz i just troll them like tnx for the comment or something like that then they get angry and share it with other trolls so that gets me more views and more coments lol
