Blue is making an absolute killing off of their unofficial unpaid internet marketing team of people who have never heard of another type of mic.

I use the Yeti for my videos and I think it works very well, but if you're willing to spend up to $200, I'm sure you can get something better. You can get a Yeti for like $80.

After doing a lot of research, I went with the Blue Yeti. It beat out all the other mics in terms of reviews and all the people in my field use it and sound fine.

My Yeti broke and it was the saddest day. The mic overall has great quality and is well worth the money.
