Is that bad?

no, you just have too much videos. try posting less so people would want to subscribe. how many videos do u post a week?

Well now I have a lot of free time so I'm posting about 9-10 videos a week ( that's because me and my cousin are both working on the channel ).

Hey 14 thousand views means they viewed your videos; which is actually more important than subscribers. Just keep at it, and the subs will come! :)

I really hope so! Good luck with your channel too! ;)[DOUBLEPOST=1372981400,1372981362][/DOUBLEPOST]
oh, also try to make your videos shorter they are way too long! most of them are about half an hour try to maybe make them 15 mins or maximum 20 mins

Alright I'll try doing that. Thanks for the tips.

NOO!!!!!! I am sorry, but this is a big mistake! no one will keep up with the amount of time. if each one is half an hour, then one subscriber will be spending 5 hours a week watching your content. 9-10 videos a week is a lot and it fills up people's boxes where they eventually stop watching in many cases or just unsub. try to take it down to 5 videos a week, you will see the sub count rise and the views aswell. I actually recomend the maximum of 3 a week but as there are 2 people doing it then I recommend 5 max. make sure that you care alot about the audience reorientation time and to see that they are watching you videos to the end and that it doesn't drop too low.

Alright, so from now on I will reduce my videos. Another think i wanted to ask is what should I do with this video I was telling you about. It is the most popular video in my channel (with about 4000 thousand views) but I can say it is the worst of them. It is pourly edited. I was thinking of deleting it but if I do that the whole walkthrough serie will become incomplete. Because it's the first video of the serie I can try to download the game and make the same progress and then upload it and delete the old one. But wouldn't that mess up everything? What do you think?

I think to just keep the video, 4000 views are alot of views and they can lead to encouraging people to subscribe to you because you have more views. I think you should just keep your videos but just post less for the time being if you want more subs and viewers that would watch all future uploads and the whole video.

it works a lot different with gaming channels than it does with vlogging/comedy. There are people who are just to good that they get like 10 subscribers for every 25 views! That's what everyone likes but we don't always get that! Most of us get 100 views and maybe get 2 or 3 subscribers.. it's unfortunate but it's what happens

You're right 4000 views are deffinitely much, I should leave the video.

People these days are more drawn to HD things, including mics.
So as SaVi Mars stated that could possibly be a reason.

Yeah, I'll try making videos with better sound quality.

That's right.
