Wow I've seen that before but no with that small of a subscriber count. I think the main reason this is happening if because you are uploading too many videos. Stick to once I day and no more. Also I think people look at your videos and then are turned off because the bad quality of your mic (just my opinion) So check all that out. I hope that helped a little.

38 subs with 14,000 views is a good number. Just work hard and don't compare yourself to other people man. Good luck.

I agree with Kest. When you compare your self to others you are admitting that you are like others. You have to believe your content is different for it to BE different. Have you considered asking your viewers to sub? It works quite well!

Yeah, you're probably right that my microphone isn't good enough, but that's what I have at the moment. And I really am doing less than 1 video per day (on avarage). I don't know man, I mean I don't think it's such a bad think. I mean a lot of people rate positive my videos and add them to favourites. I don't have any bad comments. All of them are saying that I'm doing a good job and that I should continue, maybe now when I'm in the forum I'll be able to boost my subs. Also I see that my videos are getting better and better. I'm really gonna take your advice and try to atleast edit my videos so that my voice can be heard louder from now on.

Hey 14 thousand views means they viewed your videos; which is actually more important than subscribers. Just keep at it, and the subs will come!

Not necessarily that they're bad. It could be they're inconsistent, or people were looking for the one video when searching (happens a lot with game channels) and not interested in more. Don't always expect the worst
I don't think they're inconsistent, because that's one of my top priorities when I'm making a video. Maybe you're right about the secong though. I want to add that one of my vieos have 4000 views and I can sasy that exactly this video is the worst on my channel. I don't want to remove it because it's from a whole Let's play serie and if I remove it the whole LP will become rubbish.
Thanks for the tip man! You're right, I don't have to compare my channel with the other. It just made me an impression because I was looking at some other channels of people in the forum.

oh, also try to make your videos shorter they are way too long! most of them are about half an hour try to maybe make them 15 mins or maximum 20 mins
