Is RPM allowed to do this?

sorry but class books are 100$-150 each. you're looking at 1000$ which if you can't even get to 50$, then that isn't going to be of much help (+ that money is taxed!). if you're that strapped for cash then just get a min wage job and try to use that mostly for rent, food and books. =p

I only need 20€ per month, becasue the rest is money you get from the government as a start loan or something like that. Normally I would get from RPM atleast 35€ per month that's 45$ or something, just below the threshold but enough to pay school supplies from and I would go for a min wage job, only because I need to spend 48 hours to school every week it get's hard to find a job that has random hours.

ohh i forgot other countries care more about education than we do hehe. have to live in poverty to get on financial aid here hehe. but what i do is night classes so most the classes fall on 2 days. helps a lot with my job as i just ask for those 2 days off =p.

:P

Well here everyone gets a standard lone and only if you fail you have to pay everything back, so I hope I will not fail :P
Yeah that would be alot easier, here we have to go to school every workday and work at home on saturday.

First RPM breched the contract by holding my money because of a minimum threshold. The contract no where says anything about the threshold and it says I should get paid every month. I have noticed them and my contract says they have 15 days to make it right otherwise they have to release me.

Now RPM just says it's for all our partners deal with it.

I was just a little too late with canceling my renew, because they said I could have done this till 31-february (yes that is what they send me) and now they will renew my contract.

My question is RPM allowed to change their own contract whenever they want?

If it is not stated in the contract at all about 1.) a threshold 2.) being able to add a rule at their own power (no contract should ever say that, they'd be able to add stuff like "you are now on a fixed 0$ CPM" by that logic..)

So no they really are not allowed to just add stuff as they go along, no doubt they will for the most part get away with it because I can't see many people taking them to court over it.

Threshold is not in my contract and I don't see anything where they just can add their own rule, if someone has the same contract as me and he did see this please let me know, but I didn't find it.

I also had some conversation yesterday with someone and he says it is possible, because for some reason the US contract law allows it to change a policy or something like that if they notice you. RPM never noticed me by mail, when I visit dashboard just a few days ago there was a popup with it. In my opinion they could atleast have send an email, or do this all before my last 90 days kicked in.

Oh so they did give you chance to leave? I agree though an email would of been nice but I think its pretty obvious they didn't want you to leave.

You can leave if you cancel the renewal between 120 days before contract till 90 days before contract, but back than I was busy with school and RPM didn't had the threshold so there was no trouble. But just after those 90 days before end of the contract they changed it and I was too late.

An email between the 120 and 90 days would be very nice of them.

I find it really hard to comprehend in my mind that a company can legally just change the contract to suit them..

If a renegosiation in contract takes place then you have the right not to sign the new one, the can not force a policy on you that have not sign on to!!
