Is RPM allowed to do this?

The word threshold doesn't even exist in my contract, and at the payment statement I can't read anything about changing it.
 
They''re bullshitting us with their renewal but I think we have to tell them not to renew our contract 90 days prior to the real date which is February. The policy just came in 2 months ago, I was surprised too I didn't get my payment. xD Just be thankful they have lower threshold.:))

I rather wait 3 months for my money somewhere else than staying with RPM, but on the otherside they mailed me I had to cancel till 31 february. I have never seen a 31 february. If I had the time I would have done that, but with school and stuff you can forget the little things. As I remember February was the hardest time at school with exams, alot of homework etc.
 
They never send me a termination reminder either. Well, we just have to live with it. Hopefully, they reply and sort out my problem.

RPM Contract about Contract Termination:
This agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year periods unless either party provides written notice of termination to the other party at least 30 days prior to the start of any renewal term.

Yeah only mine contract says 90. Some people indeed gave me this and I did send them a message atleast 30 days before, but sadly it was 90. But back then I was too busy with exams and everything so I didn't remember to do that.
