Is it still possible to become a big youtuber or is youtube dying?

Leave opinions below, would love to hear everyone's views on this topic, recently i've been hearing that youtube is dying...

Within the last year Youtube went from being my hobby to my full-time job, I'm almost at 1/4 mill subscribers. Youtube is so far from dying, it's growing more than ever before.
Getting 1 mil subscribers is easier now than it was 5 years ago, I don't know why all theese people claim that "oh all the big people are lucky they got on the train early", hell I bet people like nigahiga provided entertainment for a VERY long time with little to no gain before seeing an audience.
 
youtube is far from dying, in fact many people are becoming "Big" on youtube just this month, its the same as before, Viral video = Famous, Shout out from big youtuber = Famous , Collabing with each other, sharing subbies = Famous, just have fun bruh, anybody who says youtube is dying, is just being a bewb.
 
It is possible, but you must produce really high quality content to stand out from the crowd. YouTube has actually blown up and become much more of a business that it was a few years ago.

as for becoming big,I'd say yes it is possible
just work at it, everything takes time :)

I'm gonna be straight up honest, if you've actively produced content for six years, and you still struggle to get above 100, then your niche is already filled.
If you truly want growth, think about what makes YOU subscribe to a channel, for me it's when I find content that I really enjoy, and that I can't get elsewhere.
