1200 total views with 80 subs? That's pretty damn good. Whatever you're doing, keep it up. You're already seeing growth. It just takes time. Rome wasn't built in a day after all.

Better then me. My first channel i had about the same but that was years ago. Now things are kind of terrible for me because of the work schedule and well things are just extremely slow for this channel.
 
Yeah I think vlogging is hard because you have to be able to make people like you. You can't rely on a game or anything else, just your personality.
 
I've been vlogging for about 2 weeks now with 3 videos and I have 28 subscribers! I gain a few every day. I don't exactly think it's harder for vloggers. It really depends on your niche to say the least.
 
No I'd say vloggers grow faster because they're usually daily vlogs, so people will subscribe because they enjoy a daily flow of content, i've seen your channel and it's really good, and the subscriber amount is pretty sweet if you've only been doing it for 2 weeks. Keep vlogging! :D
