IS 1080p worth its?

@uberdanger I actually made the animations in 2560x1440. All the graphics are also high resolution. My intro was rendered in 4096x2304, but I sized it down. The whole thing is in high resolution, promise. I can send you the original animations if you want. I <3 pixels.
Oh that makes sense :D

:D I was mainly targeting high resolution tablets, many people I know have them (google nexus 10 seems popular), and so I wanted to bump up the viewing experience. My computer's hardware isn't enjoying it though, takes forever to render.

YouTube supports 3840x2160 now, I hope higher frame rates are on the way. My camera can't record 1080p in over 30FPS, but I can definitely animate in higher frame rates. Also, I know gamers would really enjoy uploading smoother game play.

I would use the 1080p option.
If your original video has 1080p quality, why not use it?
I actually don't like to watch videos in 720p.
I always go for 1080 when I watch videos on YouTube.

If you have a good computer and internet connection, go for 1080 but for me, the difference is not THAT big.

Honestly it depends on the person. I upload in 720p. I can go through the trouble and process it through movie maker and make it 1080 but it really isnt necessary. Most bigger youtubers tend not to do 1080p. Its more for tutorials, edits, and stuff like that. I mean if you dont care then go ahead. The only difference i have seen is with text. Its a bit more clearer when looking at words. Also in fullscreen its a lot more clearer than 720. :)

Tell your graphics card that I wish it good luck.
Even the computer I'm GONNA buy couldn't support that, I'm getting dual sli Titans, however even with 4 titans that wouldn't be possible........ WHICH IS WHY I'LL INVENT 8-WAY SLI WITH 4 290X'S AND 4 TITANS, THEN I'LL SOMEHOW f*****g ALSO INVENT A MOTHERBOARD THAT CAN DEAL WITH THAT s**t.
