Ah I didn't even think of the reader. Luckily I have another SD cad, but it's only 1G. That one shows up, so it's my sd card. The case is starting to come off so I think it's had it's moment haha. I guess I could use my 1G card, but that doesn't hold much :/

So today I was supposed to upload a video, and I recorded it and everything, but my SD card broke. It won't show up on my computer at all. :/ UGH. I guess after making more than 200 videos, it finally decided that it's time is up.

It sucks because I also missed last Friday too. So now it's more than a week since I uploaded a video >.< blehhhh. RIP SD Card

Take your SD card and turn it over so the metal contacts are exposed-use something rough to file down the metal a tiny bit so you get better contact with the card reader. Hopefully that will do the trick.

I think it may be the casing? It's like coming apart. and all the little dividers (? idk what it's called.) have broken off. I think it's done haha.

It shouldn't affect anything as long as you have it aligned in the slot. One of my 10 year old cards has the same issue and I got it to work again by filing down the metal a bit-it was just a corrosion issue and there wasn't good enough contact to get voltage into the card.
