I'm looking for a screen recording program.

Fraps is good, but Bandicam has a demo that records for ten minutes. Bandicam also has smaller file sizes and causes less lag while recording. THe only downside is youll need some kind of other audio editing or recording software because bandicam's get's very far off sync.
 
Depends on your computer.

Mac: ScreenFlow is the best
PC: Fraps or Camtasia

If you use Fraps, make sure you are writing to a dedicated HardDrive. Those files are HUGE!

10 min of Gameplay at 60fps is around 200GB or data
 
I've gone with bandi cam since my friend said it's better than Fraps. I've only had a small issue with the sound and had to play around with the settings to get it right. But I would say I'm happy with bandi cam overall
