I go to your latest upload... I find the intro quite uninteresting, so many channels got such an intro, the cliché house music, this ofcourse is personal preference but I am the one reviewing your channel after all
The video is just a 6 minute gameplay which could be interesting if it were highlights but its just 6 plain minutes of gameplay which I find kinda boring honestly.
I go to episode 1 of the series and I hear some commentary, your voice is enthousiastic and seems good enough, keep working on the commentary and make sure your stories are interesting! What I am missing under the video is some background music, try to get some music on the background to give an extra effect instead of only your voice and the game on the background. The video/game is lagging, but as mentioned you were experimenting with the software. Now I'd not advise you to still upload that footage. Don't experiment and upload if the experiment failed. Make sure all of your footage is good.
My conclusion: Work on your videos, your commentary and make sure you do the experiments BEHIND the scenes and don't upload that stuff.
Also work on your stories and commentaries as they're not quite that interesting YET, but I can see potential.

Strange but somehow fitting channel art. The banner just fits with the avatar but you might want to improve it later on as I can still see some improvement to be made in the banner.
Your channel trailer is alright, it shows your music style, what games you play and who you are, good job.
I go to your latest video and find it hard to hear what you're saying, try to increase the volume of your audio and make sure all of the audio is the same volume.
I gotta love how you simply work with normal pictures which actually suck but your commentary makes it great. Keep it up with the awesome commentaries and story telling of yours! The video is well edited and clearly some time has been put into the script writing and video editing!

I'd say to mainly focus on your sketches and story-telling like your two latest videos, these are the best! What have we got here, a channel fully dedicated to Mount & Blade, this is gonna get interesting as I'm a huge fan of the series!
Channel art is good and avatar and banner fit nicely with each other.
There is no channel trailer which is a must in your case, people who are not known with the game will be confused what you're about, introduce yourself, introduce the game and perhaps show some highlights!
Also why is the uploads section not at top at your home? I'd like to see what you've uploaded and THEN after that perhaps check your playlists, you might wanna adjust that. I go to your latest video and the intro is short but okay! Your commentary is fine, but you might wanna increase the volume a bit.
Good use of annotations in your video! You've got black bars in your game, can you not run the game properly? Find a 16:9 screen resolution so we won't have to see the black bars! You're a tactical player and that's good to see in such a game,after all I would categorize your channel as a tactical games gaming channel.
Your commentary is fine and you do tell whats in your mind which is good as you tell us your strategy.
Conclusion: Your idea of the channel is good and original, it's fun to see a channel dedicated to one game with TONS of mods! Your video quality is the most important key here, there's black bars throughout the whole video. You have to make sure to run the right resolution and get these away. It's just very rookie to have black bars, you really want to have the best quality! Also increase the volume of your audio in some of your videos so we can properly hear you.
For now because of the quality and black bars, I'd rate you a 6,5 out of 10, many people won't be entertained with these black bars and if you will fix that then I'd rate you a 7,5 to 8 as you're original and know what you're doing with these games. Keep it up and try to work on the quality!
