This sounds like a cool idea. I'm still developing my concept for a show it will be a live g+ hangout. The problem would be that the live show gets sent to the host you tube account so if you can come up with a way around this then we could set this up. I also build website so if you need help with the site maybe I could help.

Also good idea on the voting for a logo, I'll have to figure who all wants to be a youtube director for the network. Also you can be staff+director if you feel like you can handle said duties. Probably what I'll do is have people upload their videos to their channels, and (with given permission from said director) I will download it with a video downloading program or I will have all directors move their videos to a dropbox account for me to upload. There will be a contract that will explain how it's all going to work.
