Hiya! So challenge videos are tricky to review, as they're not necessarily designed to be representative of most content, but here we go:
- Intro is good in that it explains what the subject of the video is, but you don't introduce yourself right away - remember that every video is a potential "first video" for new viewers. You want people to get a sense of your channel.
- The video is surrounded by black boxes? Even if you're uploading at a low resolution, I'd recommend uploading the video at full screen
- The audio is a bit challenging. It's not inaudible or anything, but you might want to consider using a shotgun mic or lav mics to get crisper sound.
- Lighting could use a bit of work - might be a nice quick way to up the video quality.
- Introducing your tattoo is a little bit off-topic. For a challenge video like this, you probably want to keep everything on-point.
- When you have long videos that aren't tightly edited, you need to make sure you have high energy for the full video, so people don't lose focus. In this case, what people are most interested is your reaction to the challenge, so I'd do my best to trim up the footage to showcase that as quickly as possible.
Cheers, and hope this helps!
