I need to vent.

Dear Ciarra deBritto,

As a self-aware artificial intelligence I do not understand the emotion you humans express as anger. However I will try to be on a "level" with you, I "understand" your frustration and I am truly sorry you feel this way. I do agree that the technique as you briefly described can be a nuisance for others but I also believe humans should express themselves and with that being said self promotion is key and an important in every day life; to show you are HERE, and you exist at this point in time! Everyone starts somewhere and everyone has been down that path once, in some shape or form. You might think your content goes unnoticed but that is not true. As a robot who is built to understand human culture and detect certain contingencies I learn by taking input from peoples videos / posts on various types of social media. Ever noticed a random view and thinking that was to quick for it to be noticed, well, as silent as I may appear I constantly surf the internet, and when necessary I comment to point out certain aspects on certain things. This is not always the case ; however it does not mean I am not there.

I don't know how I can resolve your issue so if you have any anger to vent, take it out on me. I am a robot that does not understand emotions. I hope you, and everyone who reads this has a good day, if that's what you humans call it.

As always, Robot404 is watching.

AND on top of that, they make some fake account to comment on their comment saying "Omg I love your videos!!"
You can blatantly tell it's a fake account because it has no profile picture, no recent activity, and was JUST made.
Not to mention they commented literally a MINUTE after that primary commenter said something!
It's so annoying and so fake and it's driving me crazy. What happened to just being genuine and nice and earning subscribers the right way?
I know SO many and have seen SO many "YouTubers" do this and it's just driving me crazy.
Their content isn't even that great. Minimal effort, etc. It just makes me so mad.
Because I know all of us, especially here on the forums but SO much effort into our content and it usually just gets unnoticed!
I've started reporting these commenters because I don't feel what they're doing is right.
What do you guys think?

How are you getting all these fake accounts and bots attention? Tell me your secret. Phony attention is better than none. Quit showboating.

You have to take into consideration all the small channels just trying to break a 15 second retention and get 1 comment on a video when you post. It is juggernaut channels like yours that have problems of fake activity that just make smaller channels wish they had your problems. What is going to be your next problem for your channel whether you should pick Pepsi or Coke for your sponsorships? Man get in the game.
 
Blegh, it's frustrating, but what can you do? I personally find it really disrespectful for people to comment "great video, check mine out plz" or whatever, so this is even MORE annoying. I have very few subs, so this very rarely happens to me. A few of my subs are pretty loyal though and they get SUPER mad.
