Well if they are only doing it for money, partnering with such low views (if you can't get into other networks) won't get you anywhere. You need hundreds of thousands of views to make money from YouTube.

I don't think you understand how this works lol. Yes, you can make some money with little views... close to nothing, but it's something. If you can't get partnered with a network that requires 100+ views daily, you really shouldn't be partnering at all. Even if you were to make $50, that's still thousands of views. You're basically screwing yourself over getting partnered being a small channel. Trust me, AwesomenessTV and RPM get a load of hate everyday on these forums. Bringing in a network that has lower requirements than those will not be good for your network.
