I want to start a network because I want to help people take the next step on YouTube although there is Machinima and all sorts of networks not all people get accepted into their networks or don't hear from them again because the network is to busy partnering people.

That is my point. There is already a bunch of competition. Also getting into a network is not supposed to be easy. They already have networks for that. (RPM and ATV) both accept people with 0 views... Which is not a good thing. Also the next step for a YouTuber should not be to become a partner. It should be what creative and great video they can make next.
