I need Advice on Subs & Views!

I get it's annoying that you only get 1 view a video, especially since it's likely a view you gave yourself, so don't listen to people above saying you have the wrong mentality. It can get stressful when you have next to nobody watching your content, everybody wants viewers because everyone wants to share what they make, so it's stupid when people say don't let it bother you, especially when the numbers are THAT low.

My primary advice would be to NEVER EVER upload 4-5 videos a day. I would never subscribe or watch that much content from one person, that is way too much. Upload once a day, and honestly, with how long your videos are, I might go even every other day. Which brings me to another point. Don't upload videos over an hour. I go to your channel, see you only have 345 subs, and very few views. No way will I decide in my head that I'm going to give you 90 minutes of my attention (looking at your Resident Evil video). You could split that into 15-20 minute parts, and all of a sudden you have like 6 videos. That's a week worth of content, and at a volume that is easier to handle.

And why would you go to Pewdiepie/Markiplier? You realize they probably get a million messages saying exactly what you said, and you're not special enough to get their attention. Go to people your own size and collaborate. Get your name on other channels through collaborations, and if you're good in those videos, then you'll see new people come to your videos.

You say you're working hard, and I believe you, but you're working stupidly, and you'll never get anywhere near 100,000 subs the way you're going. I love that you have heart, and it's clear you love your channel, so feed off that, make the necessary changes. Before you start working on promotion and networking, make sure you have a channel that's worth subscribing too. The harsh reality is that your channel does not deserve 100,000 subs where it currently stands. Make some major changes to your approach to uploads and who you try to get attention from, and maybe things will change for you.

I don't think you need to upload too much, but maybe twice a week or so? I mean, it's your channel though so you can decide that but just my two cents! :)

Connect and build relationships with other creators is a big piece of advice. I see a ton of people just aimlessly subscribing to people thinking sub4sub works (even if they don't think they're doing that), but while that may raise your sub count, those people won't actually be engaged in your content.

I do youtube for fun, if I get a subscriber i am happy if I get few views i am happy :) it just something I won't to do in my spare time. I would love to have 100k subs but it very hard now days.

Hey dude, I'm not intending to be a jerk here, so I hope you can try to understand what i'm saying. If you have been actively trying to do this for 2.5years, and you only have 350 subs, and 1500 total views, do you think it may just be possible this won't work out?

If you were just doing this for fun, I wouldn't bring it up, but you said you want to do this for a living, so I think you need to really think about things. You may be better off spending all those hard working hours doing something else. Starting another business or something. I hope you didn't take this too negatively. GL.

Ok, you are definitely about the numbers
Well, the numbers are one of the leading indicators of how effective his channel/content/marketing is...I don't see any problem whatsoever in him being concerned with those numbers, or any numbers. This notion that seems to be very popular around here that 'you have to do YT purely because you love it' is just nonsense. There are plenty of people, very successful Youtubers, who set out to turn their channel into their living. That was their plan from the start. That doesn't necessarily mean that their channel or content will suffer from it. Money and fame can be powerful motivators. Just because he is bothered that he is getting only 1 view on his videos, I would hardly call that 'being about the numbers' anyway...nor would I call his sub/views goals being 'about the numbers'. There is nothing wrong with setting goals like that. Are they lofty goals? Sure, but there aren't too many big Youtubers that didn't start out with similarly lofty goals. Same goes for every profession....musicians....sports athletes...they all had lofty goals. Nothing wrong with that. The rest of your post is on point, but I just disagreed with this part about being about the numbers.

You may be better off spending all those hard working hours doing something else. Starting another business or something.
Or he could start another channel. Maybe it's just the channel/niche/genre that didn't mesh with his personality or whatever. Part of any business is knowing when to fold, regroup, and start over. There are several Youtubers off the top of my head (3 actually lol) that failed with YT channels before becoming very successful. They just had the wrong idea...then they had the right idea. It's something for Freeborn to consider.

If you want my advice and hopefully you have already taken all the other replys into consideration :) I took a look at your channel and some quick tips on improving :
1. Change you attitude!Sound like your happy to make the video, not like its forced.
2. Thumbnails! There is 100's of tutorials out there for teaching basic photoshop skills. Download Gimp, it's free!If you want the numbers you talk about then you are going to need to learn how to make thumbnails!
3. As someone else stated try making just one video a day. 5 a day is way too many tbh(my own personal opinion) :P
4. Spruce up the content :) Call of Duty is extremely saturated and you will struggle to build with a channel dedicated to it when there is so many others.

Hope this helps a little, it's my own personal opinion I hopefully haven't offended you good sir! :)
Good luck with your channel you can reach your goals easily with a little bit more effort! :)
