Hello Everyone! I noticed i have 1,435 views or somewhere around there and i have 345 subs and i been uploading 4 to 5 video's a day and my video's have been getting only 1 view each and like on Twitter everytime i upload a video to youtube it sends a tweet letting my fans know i've uploaded a video and i been trying to views on my views without using Boosters or bots for getting my views on youtube and i've been trying to get my friends, family, fans to watch them but none do and i been working my a** off on dedicating myself in just getting views and subscribers and i've went to Markiplier and Pewpdiepie for help but they haven't responded back to me yet and it would mean a lot to get your guys help! I've been using my fan pages for leverage and all my other social media sites to get subscribers and fans and i've even tried using Advertisements to do this and been trying to do this job for 2 in half years! I really been trying to do my best to get 100,000 subs and 1,000,000 views and to work my butt off to bring as much entertainment as possible to people on youtube without irritating them. Any kind of advice would help out a lot and would help a lot!

ok so i went over to your channel and checked it out, and i may have some ways to improve,
1. Don't make the length of the videos so long.
2. Thumbnails don't invite you in.
3. No facecam nor you talking
Honestly i started watching a few seconds of some the videos and got bored because 1. the game didn't start right away and 2. why would i just watch you play a game if i wanted to know how to do something i could just look for a walkthrough or a step by step.

So yea those are my observations, keep working and good luck with your channel :)

Perhaps you're sacrificing quality for quantity? Most people don't upload that much unless they're the YouTube top dogs...

I wouldn't hold my breath for a response from those top dogs, either. It's ambitious of you to ask for help from them, but they most likely get 100s of messages a day, most will go unread.

I gathered this from your seemingly one long sentence:

1. You have 1,435 views and 345 subs.
-> That's not too shabby really.
2. You only get 1 view each video
-> Oh... ok... You're about the numbers...
3. You have been asking people close to you to watch your content but none do.
-> This should be a huge indicator. If people close to you don't even bother watching your content, why should the rest of YouTube? Change it up, take from big youtubers in your genre and put your own twist on it.
4. You have gone to Markiplier and Pewdiepie for help
-> You and everybody else. Big youtubers find YOU, not the other way around. You are just spamming their inbox, and inbox they probably stopped looking at as soon as they crested 100K subscribers...
5. You are using social media to put your stuff out there
-> Smart, but it's just as hard (if not harder) to get noticed on social media! With that being out there, just about everybody uses social media for this purpose.
6. You are using paid ads to put your stuff out there
-> Waste of money when you do not have a product that is worth anything, as indicated by the answer to point #3.
7. You are trying to get to 100K subs and 1M views.
-> Ok, you are definitely about the numbers... Everyone, including myself, would love that. BUT I am not lead by the quest for 100K and 1M. I am lead by the quest for fun, and I am looting the doodoo out of it!
8. You are working your @$$ off to bring the people entertainment without irritating them.
-> What makes you so special? EVERYONE on here works their @$$ off on their channel. Only a select few open up the waterworks and play the victim. And guess what? You just looted the doodoo out of the "irritating people" quest.

Based on the above I think it is time you took a hint. You are NOT getting out of YouTube what you want. Quit, find another hobby. If you are lead by numbers they will only serve to put you down. It shows in your videos just as it shows in this post. There is no soul in them, you can't be bothered to put out the best you can muster. People notice that, and that is why people don't stick around. Either distance yourself from the numbers quest and get on the fun quest, or you will continue to be in the state you are now.

And cue the sunglasses coming down... (Just in case you are not familiar with the meme... it pretty much means "Deal With It")

Always be trying to improve on your content and stop treating it like a numbers game. Its a hobby not a contest and there are so many other people trying to achieve the same things but in better ways...

Clearly you need to change things around with the way you create your videos. There were some really good feedback people above gave you and I highly recommend you make those changes and you will notice a change in visitor pattern. The reason that I'm saying you need to work on your content is because clearly you have been very active promoting your channel but the fact that it isnt getting much pick up indicates its simply your content. I'm not an expert here but it's always good to take a step back and realizing how you can further develop your channel and improve.

Also you mentioned you contacted well known youtubers......did you think you were the only one sending out those messages? They probably get thousands of messages like that and to be honest they worked hard getting to where they are its not about getting a shoutout from someone famous that will make you get loyal subscribers.

Ive got a few minutes for some top down advice. The best thing I can say which I say to everyone is, act like a big YouTube. Don't ask them for advice, do what they do. Have you ever seen someone with a 100k subscribers and your content?

Your banner, avatar and thumbnails are the most important part of people giving your content a chance. People see poor quality art and assume your content will have poor quality too. Your banner has the top half of your name cut off, which is bad enough, but it was sacrificed to put "subscribe to my youtube channel" in the center of the banner. This just looks tacky and desperate. Have you ever subscribed to a channel because you were asked to or the word subscribe was plastered everywhere? Your avatar and your banner also don't link well together. Try to have an overall branding for you channel, a common theme to pull everything together. NEVER use still images from the video for your thumbnails. People won't even bother clicking on it. Again, do you watch people with these kind of graphics?

Post 1 video a day, max. You're sacrificing quality of quantity which doesn't help viewers. You aren't producing content for people to enjoy without commentary (face cam is optional). People don't watch YouTubers for the games, they watch for the personality playing them. No one wants to watch you play a part of resident evil for 90 minutes. People want to see edited pieces of entertainment. Cut out the dead time between eventful or entertaining parts. Do you watch people silently play games for hours?

When people go to your channel, they're brought to the home page and not your videos. This is 1 more click between a potential viewer and your content, and make the channel look like a personal profile rather than a content producing entertainment provider. Look into privacy settings on how you can change this. You never see big YouTubers front pages looking like a list of their activity on the home page.

Your titles, about section and video descriptions need to be keyword dense and interesting. Don't ramble on about who you are and what you like, talk about your content. What's in it for the viewer. Keep it short and sweet so you have a better chance of being happened upon thanks to the YouTube algorithm. You need to bring people in and titles like "Lets play minecraft" wont do that.

Hopefully this helps. Good luck!
