I lost custom thumbnails?

Maybe which part was the glitch? I've been doing that with custom thumbnails for over a year now ...

You said since last week you could customise thumbnails whilst the video was uploading, maybe they did that option by accident so they changed it back?

No I said last week was the last time I was able to do it. I've been doing it that way for over a year.
