I lost custom thumbnails?

Well, do you have any updates? Have you gotten the feature back yet? I'd like to know so I can see if I hsould do more research into it or not.
 
I've been moaning about this for nearly a week now, nice to see I'm not the only one speaking up at last! Also kudos to people for being nice in this thread, in my own attempt to make awareness of various issues I've been made to feel like an idiot so it's good to know there's some helpful people on this forum still.
 
you need to wait for the video to finish uploading and processing, then just go to video manager and click on edit then you will see the option for custom thumbnail..
 
Hopefully, this is a temporary issue. If this is a permanent change,
it is in the wrong direction. They should be making it easier for us,
not make it complicated. I would like to be able to have all of my
information loaded and when it is finished uploading, it is finished.
Now, I have to remember to upload the thumbnail at the end...

Well that's a new thing now. As of last week I could upload a custom thumbnail at the same time as the video. That option seems to have gone away.
