It's really like a catch phrase though, I always notice how someone starts their video and ends it. Not talking about an intro/outro, but the first lines they speak and the last words too. Gotta be memorable!

Well unlike most languages, English doesn't really care so much about masculine and feminine .and for the most part we always use male to address everyone. I think it's less insulting that way... because what guy wants to hear "hey girlllsssss" hahhaah.Yeah and it's...weird that it addresses both male and female
