I just got told I am too old for video games! :(

I've grown out of video games personally, I don't mind the roleplay aspect of a few (youtube.com/bayareabuggs) but like I said i've grown out of it for the most part I can't stand playing them, I find it is a complete waste of time better spent elsewhere.

EDIT:

I'll rip the odd Grand Theft Auto game with my family online, but I haven't even opened Halo 4 and i've yet to play Black Ops 2 yet and i've had them both since launch.

I keep thinking my time might be better spent elsewhere, but I come home from work, make dinner, do dishes, tidy up and there is really nothing else to do. I have no children or commitments that require my attention in the evenings on weekdays. I go out on weekends but up here in the north I hibernate for the most past 7 months of the year lol.

I'm up north myself so I can relate - this time of year in particular.. Let me make myself clear, i'm not knocking video games as they pretty much raised me..
After I beat Skyrim I just kinda sat back and realized how much time I had wasted my entire life playing video games; unfortunately i'm agnostic and i'm fairly certain I only have "one shot" on this earth, no real positive comes from videogames and I could name a list of negatives a mile long.
(sorry for getting deep and serious on ya.. but I truly believe there is a time in everyones life when they need to "move on" from their video game hobby)

Let's be honest, very few (nearly zero) people game responsibly and in a way that is not detrimental to their health.
