I just got flagged for "Community Guideline"???

The video which I had on was "Killer Whale Eats Man". There are tons of this same video all over Youtube and I get flagged by a jealous person for inappropriate content?
So basically if someone hates you for some reason he could bring your channel crashing down with ease by just flagging all your videos with the same reason. My question is, how do one avoid such jealousy? The thing which angered me the most is, quite a few of them had the same video and I am the one who was flagged for inappropriate video?

Also, I do not find the video disturbing or gruesome.

On Youtube.
This is the video that got flagged for community guidelines and every youtuber has this : /watch?v=-69X6y2H6_U[DOUBLEPOST=1349879994,1349878976][/DOUBLEPOST]I do not find this fair and justified. Because if Youtube team has reviewed my video, there are exact copies of the same videos floating on Youtube. Why aren't they taken off as well?

Problem is, youtube doesn't take the time to investigate. They don't care enough too. Make a back up channel, tell all your subscribers to go ahead and sub to it, just have it to be prepared. I mean, look at CammeyahBams. The kid would get irate, every video was always tearing down the character of another person or a group of people BUT, he never once incited hatred against a group of people for their race or beliefs etc, he never incited violence, he never did anything that actually BROKE any guidelines. He's just an angry kid with an angry perspective who has beef with the way alot of people present themselves to the world and he would talk about it passionately. There's no rule against that.

But he p****d the wrong people off, they flagged his channel enough times, and now it's gone and cammeyah bams is electricunicyclecrew. He didn't disappear, but he sure can't upload to his first channel now... it's so upsetting.

Thank you for the heads-up. Is it possible for a person to have two monetizable accounts on youtube with the same residential address?

Well why don't you file a complaint against the flagging if you think it's not against the rules. Some youtube employee will take a look at the video and put a age limit on the video. This was happend to me once.

Really??? But then why didn't Cammeyah Bams just do that?

Sorry I think I miss something here. Who is "Cammeyah Bams". But when your videos if flagged you can make a complain. It's in the mail you get from YouTube. When you fill in the form, they will take a look at it and take a decission. I was flagged because of my "When 2 sims love eachother" video because of the sexuality, but the youtube employee agreed with me it wasn't a big issue so he gave the video an age limit.
The guideline strike dissapered.
