Youtube is a fun hobby of mine, I don't worry about views and subscribers that much and make videos i want to make, if i don't feel like making a video, I don't make a video, The main reason my youtube videos are short is editing is sorta a fun until your editing for like 6 hours which i used to do!

How bout you?

I've always like making videos. Back in 1999 or 2000 I pretty much directed a project we had to do, we made a remake of 12 Angry Men. I played me and did the voices for 5 other characters that were stuffed animals because we only had 6 actual people. I made it super comedic and even added music to the killing scene. I only expected about 30 people to see it in our class but our teacher liked it so much he played it for all his other periods to see. So let's see, that video was seen by around 210 people or more. They wanted me to join drama but I refused.

So yes in a way I mostly do videos for fun, I would shoot videos even if social media didn't exist or if you couldn't make money. The main thing that the money changes about me is how I promote my videos. Things I would record anyways I really try to push to the world if I think it's good. I don't get stressed out if I don't upload for a while or when I'm out of ideas, I just let the ideas come to me. It's more organic creating stuff that way

I usually enjoy making videos as long I am not pushed. Unfortunately due to time contraints I have decided to create a massive batch for the whole year...

I'm doing it cuz I'm going to school for media production and communications in a month and I thought it would help me get some practice in. Also I just like the YouTube community.

I honestly do YouTube for fun and because I enjoy helping others. I feel that by doing free reviews of indie developer's games it is a nice way to give to others with something I enjoy too.

Now because it's a passion and hobby of mine, I do worry some about views and subs because I want to share my passion with others and if one day I can focus full time on it without needing another up that would be absolutely amazing.

I bet i'm gonna be the only person who'll say i use youtube as a platform to sell my produced music to music artists lol not just ad revenue but selling licenses to my music. I care about views i care about subscribers cuz hey.. they can be potential clients. And youtube is 1 out of 3 platforms i use for that.

As long as i don't earn any money from my videos i have to say i do it for fun. ;) and it would be nice if there are people watching them.
