I have a few ideas, just need to get them straight

Just make all these videos and post them! Also make your channel trailer a really dramatic video of you making a coffee and spilling it everywhere!
 
I have the same problem when I'm just writing for myself, I have tons of ideas but everything is unfinished. Wanting to maintain my YouTube channel is incentive for me to stick with my video projects instead of abandoning them halfway through because a new idea popped into my head. I do get distracted and sidetracked a lot, but it's so much better to have one finished product than 10 what-ifs.
