I hate the quality of videos

It's things that stand out @Jawad Soomro If you just made weird videos you would be known as a wierdo.. People might watch your videos because they are entertaining and gives them something to laugh at and people want to laugh.. but it's the wierd that stands out right... People are naturally attracted to things that stand out or are 'new' :)
 
Entertainment is subjective but I get where you're coming from. This is why I think promotion and luck plays a vital part in your growth as a youtuber. Good content is to get them hooked, but exposure gets them to recognize that you exist.
 
Some things that help make videos go viral are that they're easily understood, don't require a lot of attention or time for people to watch them, are eye-catching and also will appeal to people in many different areas. So big, loud, crazy things tend to go viral more often because people understand something like that (like, say, someone falling down or animals looking cute or whatever).

Don't let it get you down, though! Making quality content is rewarding, and it's good to build an audience who appreciate what you do.
 
@Arachnophobik People go on YouTube for entertainment bro.. that's the whole point, or to learn usually.. Your never going to get lucky making bad videos in my opinion. Unless theirs something in the content that people want to see. Definitely promoting bro.. Goes far! :thumbsup2: I don't believe at all that all the biggest youtubers got lucky.. They gave/give something people want.
 
To be honest with you higher quality videos will always stay strong in the long run. People will eventually see and appreciate it. As for those lower quality funny dumb vids they are just for short term entertainment something for a quick laugh and that's it.

I mean my YouTube channel is doing fine as of now but it's just annoying to see these videos get so much recognition. Js

Now stop hatin' and YouTube on. There is more to YouTube than views. Create the content you are proud of and spend your energy on that rather than condemning another YouTuber's success.
 
I understand the frustration with this. The internet is a very weird place where the most random of videos go viral for no apparent reason whatsoever.
