i find problems on chrome browser and firefox too
that the Yellow line of ad shown in the first video and dosent appear any ads ,, unlike IE browser all ads appear

Ads work normally for me in Chrome, so the issue has to be on your end.

Trust me, if there was an issue with Chrome & FF not showing ads, many more people would see super low earnings and it'd be all over any YouTube-related forums. You're just unlucky not to have more viewers from US (and UK/Canada/Germany) as they normally have the highest RPM.

Audience location makes a huge difference. Plus other factors like your videos subject matter, video length, audience retention etc etc.
