How to take a picture of a certain part of a webpage?

I just do a screenshot and edit it down in PSP

zoom into it with your mouse hweel + ctrl and press print screen.

If you have Windows you should have the snipping tool pre installed, it lets you pick a specific part of the screen you want to capture

I use the snipping tool for Windows. Works pretty good to me
